Shipping Responsibility

TB Maison is committed to working with carefully selected international shipping partners to ensure that every order is handled with the highest level of care throughout its journey.

While every effort is made to safeguard each creation during transit, TB Maison cannot be held responsible for damages, delays, losses, or other circumstances arising after an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, transportation accidents, customs inspections, mishandling by third-party carriers, weather-related disruptions, theft, loss, or other events beyond the reasonable control of the Maison.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the exclusive nature of TB Maison creations and the individual preparation associated with each order, all sales are considered final.

TB Maison does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once payment has been successfully completed and the order has been confirmed.
